1. Each Customer who is also a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days.
2. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to, among others: in relation to contracts in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs. Other cases in which there is no right to withdraw from the contract are described in the regulations of the online store.
3. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Seller should be informed.
4. The customer may use the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, constituting Appendix 1 to the regulations of the online store. The use of the form is not mandatory, and it is not a condition for the correct withdrawal from the contract by the Customer.
5. To meet the 14-day deadline to withdraw from a distance contract, it is enough to inform about the withdrawal before the expiry of the indicated period.
6. After the withdrawal, the Seller returns to the Customer all payments received from him.
